The head of Israel’s Mossad intelligence agency visited Europe over the weekend in an effort to halt aid to the Palestinian Authority. Israel Radio reported that Ephraim Halevy sought the halt in European financial aid to put pressure on the Palestinian Authority to implement reforms.
