The Japan Times removed an article from its Web site about a Nazi-themed bar in South Korea. The newspaper announced the decision Tuesday after the Simon Wiesenthal Center protested what it called the “online endorsement” of the Rechts Bar, which uses Nazi symbols in a bid to attract customers.
