The leader of the Jewish community in the Russian city of Magnitogorsk was arrested for alleged embezzlement. The charges against Gennady Rubin, a banker who heads the local branch of the Russian Jewish Congress, are the same as those recently dropped against Vladimir Goussinsky, the group’s president.
