The Moscow Prosecutor’s Office is refusing to open a case against an ultranationalist who wrote an introduction to the Russian-language translation of a book by U.S. white supremacist David Duke, according to the Anti- Defamation League’s Moscow office. In his introduction, Boris Mironov referred to Jews as a “source of evil” and “enemies” of the Russian people.
