The new relationship between Israel and Egypt will be reflected on a golf course far from the Middle East. According to reports from Manila Thursday, two Israelis and two Egyptians have been paired in the third round of an international golf tournament there to be played this Saturday. They are Laurie Been and Barry Mandel of Israel and Abdel Halim and Mohammed Moussa of Egypt. Such a foursome would have been out of the question before President Anwar Sadat’s visit to Jerusalem broke the ice between the two countries.
