The Rabbinical Center of Europe will restore 80 Torah scrolls damaged during the Holocaust. The scrolls will be sent to emerging Jewish communities in Europe. The Brussels-based organization, which is associated with Chabad Lubavitch, also plans to collaborate with the Ronald S. Lauder Foundation to expand vacation and exchange programs for Jewish children in Eastern and Western Europe.
