The recently – erected Moriah Synagogue in the growing colony of Raananah, Palestine, was dedicated in memory of the late Mrs. Fanny Brown of Brooklyn, who donated the site of the house of worship. Mrs. Brown was active in Hadassah circles, the Kane Street Congregation and many philanthropic institutions.
