The Theodor Herzl Society, newly organized group of German-speaking Zionists, will hold a meeting tomorrow evening at the Central Jewish Institute, 125 East Eighty-fifth street. Morris Margulies, secretary of the Zionists’ Organization of America, which cooperated in forming the Herzl group, will be the chief speaker.
