The U.N.’s top nuclear official wants Israel to support a non-proliferation treaty. Mohammed ElBaradei, who heads the U.N.’s International Atomic Energy Agency, arrived in Israel on Tuesday to discuss the possibility of creating a nuclear-free Middle East. Foreign experts estimate that Israel has up to 200 nuclear-ready missiles, but Israel will neither confirm nor deny its nuclear capability.
