The U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives agreed on how to spend $200 million in aid for the Palestinians. Staff for the two houses of Congress resolved differences Tuesday over $81 billion in fast-track money, mostly for the Iraq war, but also including the $200 million for the Palestinians. Both houses vote on the bill next week, and President Bush has said he will sign the final version.
