The U.S. State Department plans to change a reference to “Israel-Palestine” in an interim report on religious persecution around the world. The corrected version, which officials said would be posted on the State Department web site, will instead make reference to the “Israel-Palestinian” conflict. Paper copies of the report were distributed last week.
