The U.S. Treasury froze the assets of an Arab charity it says is a front group for Palestinian terrorists. The Treasury Department ordered U.S. banks Wednesday to block assets belonging to the al-Ihsan, or Elehssan, Society, and forbade Americans from donating to the group.
