The United States and Israel are discussing plans that would give Washington more of a voice in arms Israel sells to other nations. According to a U.S. official, the new arrangements would also reduce from 27 to four the number of countries that Israel sells arms to that the United States reviews. Israel recently canceled the sale of a radar system to China after pressure from the United States.
