The United States is concerned that Israel’s security fence could prejudge the outcome of peace talks. Reacting to an Israeli Cabinet decision to continue with the fence, State Department Spokesman Richard Boucher said Wednesday that the United States continues to discuss its concerns with Israeli officials.
