Three observances of the anniversary of the death of Theodor Herzl were held here under the auspices of the Jewish National Fund Council of Newark.
The principal speakers at the observances were Aaron Levinstone, Jacob I. Kaplan, Grand Secretary of the Order Sons of Zion, and Jacob Convisser, former president of the Jewish National Fund Council.
