Citizenship papers were also presented to his wife, Elisabeth, who arrived in Israel earlier this month. Trepper, who headed the “Red Orchestra,” the Soviet espionage network in Nazi-occupied Europe during World War II, said he would settle in Israel after a sojourn in Europe to complete his autobiography.
