Trial of Medical Aide Who Murdered Nazi Victims Starts in Germany

The trial of former SS medical aide Gottlieb Muzikant, charged with the brutal murder of 210 persons in Austrian concentration camps, started today in the city of Fulda.

A total of 37 witnesses have been called to testify in the trial which is expected to continue until the end of the month. Among the witnesses will be Michal Haqk, Chief of the French Secret Police, Mr. Ariche, the president of the Paris Lawyers Association and Dr. Rakopoulos, the physician to the Queen of Greece, The murders occurred in the Mauthausen and Steyr camps.
