Two Israeli twins finished second and third in a run up New York City’s Empire State Building. Ran Alterman finished the 1576-step run on Feb. 3 in 10:53, while twin bother Dan finished in 11:08. The twins, 23-year-olds from Ra’anana, recently tied for first in a similar run up the Azrieli Towers in Tel Aviv.
