Two twins in Israel applied a new technology to facial recognition that may help fight terrorism. The identical twins, Michael and Alex Bronstein, students at Haifa’s Technion — Israel Institute of Technology, developed a system that involves recording facial surface geometry, but that is not influenced by head position or lighting.
