Dr. Francisco Urrutia, UN Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold’s personal representative has completed his mission for Mr. Hammarskjold and is returning to New York tomorrow, it was learned here today.

A Foreign Ministry spokesman said that Dr. Urrutia had made satisfactory progress, but he would not disclose any details.
