Israel President Itzhak Ben Zvi received today Harry Posner of Medford, Mass., who has undertaken to finance the establishment of 20 libraries for schools in Jerusalem. Mr. Posner recently endowed Tufts College, of Medford, with a fund of over $1,000,000, the largest single contribution in the school’s 100-year history.
