The United Israel Campaign for 1949 was concluded here today with a mass meeting at which it was reported that the fund-raising drive raised ten percent less than in the previous year. Notwithstanding the economic crisis prevailing in the country, the Jews of Uruguay contributed to the United Israel Campaign for 1949 about $600,000.
