Ex-Premier Paul van Zeeland of Belgium, president of the Coordinating Foundation for Refugees, who arrived here Friday by Pan-American Clipper, yesterday met Generalissimo Rafael L. Trujillo with whom he plans to visit the 24,000-acre Sosua tract, contributed by Trujillo for refugee colonization.
