Franz von Papen, Hitler’s personal choice as Minister to Austria, whose mission is to restore normal relations between Nazi Germany and that country, today left for his post in Vienna. Von Papen is flying to Vienna after stopping in Bavaria for a conference with Chancellor Hitler.
