Yasser Arafat denied an Israeli newspaper report that he has transferred tens of millions of dollars overseas. Palestinian attorney Asama Sa’adi sent a letter to the Israeli daily Yediot Achronot demanding it print a retraction of allegations that Arafat and his deputy Abu Mazen had siphoned off funds in case they are forced into exile, reports said.
