Yasser Arafat invited Russian officials to participate in next week’s Middle East peace summit in Washington, according to Russian news agencies. The Palestinian leader issued the invitation after arriving in Moscow for two days of meetings that include discussions with President Boris Yeltsin, Prime Minister Yevgeny Primakov and other Russian officials.
