Yona Blatman, an expert in criminal law, was named State Attorney by the Cabinet Sunday, succeeding Gabriel Bach who was recently sworn in as a Justice of the Supreme Court. Blatman, who will be the government’s chief prosecutor, had been Bach’s senior aide.
