Dr. Israel Goldstein, local rabbi, will be given a luncheon at the Astor Hotel today to mark the occasion of his recent election to the presidency of the Jewish National Fund.
Nelson Ruttenberg, retiring president of the Fund, will preside. Morris Rothenberg, president of the Zionist Organization of America, and Louis Lipsky, American member of the World Zionist Executive, will be among the speakers.
