A bone marrow drive to seek a matching donor for Ezra Fineman, a 2-year-old boy in Fair Lawn, N.J., who is fighting Hyper IgM Syndrome, will be held on Sunday, March 11, noon-5 p.m., at BODIES – The Exhibition at the South Street Seaport, 11 Fulton St. in Manhattan. The genetic disease leaves people unable to produce antibodies that fight off infections. The only treatment is a bone marrow or stem cell transplant. There is no charge for the cheek swab test.
