El Al Magazine Honors
El Al Airlines was ranked among the top 20 best airlines in Travel + Leisure’s recent readers’ survey. The airline also placed second in Conde Nast Travelers 15th annual Business Travel Awards for providing cabin comfort and service in the Africa/Middle East airline category. It was also recognized by the magazine as the third overall best airline for business travel. And in a Global Traveler readers’ survey, El Al won top honors in the airline security category.
The airline was also recognized by the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) for its creative marketing efforts.
The airline also announced that it is launching Economy Class Plus. The new class of seats offers more legroom, more seat recline, a wider seat cushion and a comfort kit. The fare is an additional $150 per person above the economy class price, each way. For more information, visit www.elal.com.
