As an Israeli, I felt buoyed in reading the Editorial (“Give War A Chance”) and coverage of the pro-Israel rally at the United Nations (“Major Rally For Israel At UN Urges Hamas Defeat”) in the Aug. 1 issue. Indeed, they are both deserving of much praise as we suffer the daily loss of our soldiers. The words of the various spokespersons speak volumes to the comprehension of the situation, particularly when weighed against the enormous propaganda generated by our enemies.
