Regarding last week’s story, “Fresh Fear In Brooklyn As Attacks Mount”: What we DON’T need are melodramatic stories like this. What we do need are a mayor and a police commissioner who are tough on all crime. A million cops in the neighborhood after the damage is done look wonderful, but are ineffective.
