The New Israel Fund has a well-publicized “global BDS” policy, which condones Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions against Israelis living over the Green Line. This naive policy creates a dangerous slippery slope, since such BDS could be used against the Jewish Quarter of the Old City, Jews praying at the Western Wall, Hadassah Hospital, the Mount Scopus campus of Hebrew University, Ramot, etc. — all of which are over the Green Line.
I find it incomprehensible that our own Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) used this “global BDS” criteria to invite groups to the Celebrate Israel parade.
