Your article, “Nine Things To Know About Reform Judaism” (Oct. 30), left me scratching my head. If Reform Jews have an 80 percent intermarriage rate, as the article states, what exactly is this “stream’s” connection with Judaism?
Further, if 80 percent of its adherents do not see the need for a Jewish spouse, on what basis would they see a need for a Jewish state?
