Nathan Jeffay’s comments might be appropriate if the truth was what is stated by the so-called “Palestinians” (“Citizenship For All,” Letter From Israel, Oct. 28). But it is not.
Jews are the indigenous population of Judea and Samaria and the Golan Heights, supported by biblical references and archaeological evidence. All of this was included in the original British Mandate ratified by the League of Nations in 1922. The settlements are not illegal according to international law, do your homework. Hagai El-Ad (who testified recently at the UN Security Council against the settlements) is being treasonous before a farcical international forum.
