JERUSALEM, Dec. 11 (JTA) — Israeli security forces disclosed this week the arrest of a Russian immigrant on suspicion of spying. Anatoly Gender, a 49-year-old electrical engineer, was charged at the Tel Aviv District Court with spying and having contact with a foreign agent. He is suspected of passing classified information to the Soviet Union, and later to Russia, over the past 15 years in exchange for tens of thousands of dollars.
