Razing of bomber’s home blocked

JERUSALEM, March 27 (JTA) — Israel’s High Court of Justice has issued an interim order preventing the destruction of the West Bank home of the suicide bomber who carried out last week’s attack in a Tel Aviv cafe. The order was to last until Sunday, when the justices will hear a petition submitted by the bomber’s family. Family members have said that because the bomber lived in only one part of the house, demolishing it would punish innocent people.
