JERUSALEM, Nov. 24 (JTA) – An Israeli has won the world chess Olympics for those younger than 20. The winner, Emil Sotovasky, 19, of Holon, defeated players from China and Hungary. The competition was held in Medellin, Colombia. In the women’s competition, Israel’s Ela Patam placed fifth.
