Israel’s Arrow II anti-missile defense system passed another test. The Arrow, envisaged as Israel’s
main bulwark against any future ballistic missile attacks by Iran or
Syria, was fired this week in what the Defense Ministry said was a
successful test of its avionics. The U.S. Missile Defense Agency has taken part in its
development. Out of 16 live tests, the Arrow has passed 13, Israeli
sources say.
