A Syrian seeking medical treatment
crossed his country’s border into the Israeli-held Golan Heights and was
detained.
The unarmed man’s claims that he
was seriously ill appeared to be true, Israeli media quoted officials as saying
on Friday.
He is being held by police pending
a decision on his case.
