An Australian court charged an Israeli man with smuggling some 250 pounds of drugs into the country. Police alleged that Benjamin Rosenfeld was hiding the drug MDMA – a main component of ecstasy – in solar heater containers. The amount of MDMA found – some $37 million worth – was enough to produce 1.2 million ecstasy tablets.Rosenfeld, 46, was arrested during a police raid late last week in New South Wales. He was denied bail by the court, which set a July trial date.
