Two new co-presidents were chosen to head the Canadian Jewish Congress. Sylvain Abitbol of Montreal and Rabbi Reuven Bulka of Ottawa were named Sunday to the group’s top post at its 28th national plenary assembly in Ottawa. Hundreds of delegates from throughout Canada attended the umbrella group’s event.
