Two Michigan charities were raided by federal agents on suspicion of ties to the terrorist group Hezbollah.

The Goodwill Charitable Organization and the Al-Mabarrat Charitable Organization, both based in Dearborn, Mich., were visited by federal agents Tuesday morning, according to the Detroit News.

The raids were part of crackdown by the Treasury Department on alleged financial supporters of Hezbollah and the Iranian Martyrs Foundation.

Al-Mabarrat will be allowed to continue operations, according to an official of the Council on American Islamic relations who was briefed by the FBI. But the government alleges that the Goodwill organization is the local front of the Iranian Martyrs Foundation, which supports Hezbollah, Hamas and Islamic Jihad, in addition to helping Palestinian suicide bombers and their families.
