The University of Wisconsin-Madison is opening a kosher meat kitchen.
The kitchen, one of a handful on U.S. college campuses, will open in November and is aimed at accommodating the campus’ Jewish and Muslim students, officials told the Associated Press this week.
The campus currently has about 4,000 Jewish students.
