An Israeli real estate magnate plans to build New York City’s tallest residential building.

Yitzhak Tshuva’s Elad Group plans to add 75 stories to an existing 20-story building on Madison Avenue, Reuters reported Thursday, citing an industry source.

At 900 feet, the resulting apartment tower will be Manhattan’s tallest. The project reportedly is awaiting city approval.
