A speed bump near a Jewish day school in Atlanta was defaced with a swastika.
The graffiti was discovered near the Epstein School on Wednesday, the day before a planned meeting to discuss the Conservative school’s expansion.
The school’s request for an expansion permit has been a divisive issue, and signs supporting and opposing the plan dot the Sandry Springs area, some 17 miles north of the city.
“Somebody is very upset,” said Stan Beiner, the school head. “Somebody allowed the argument to get the better of him or her.”
