JERUSALEM (JTA) — Quartet Mideast envoy Tony Blair was attacked verbally at a mosque in Hebron.

During an official visit Tuesday to the West Bank city, a Palestinian protester approached Blair and shouted, "You are a terrorist," Reuters reported.

Blair’s bodyguards restrained the man, who also said of Blair, "He is not welcome in the land of Palestine."
