(JTA) — A Russian science professor was sentenced to community service for operating a neo-Nazi Web site.
A court in Snezhinsk, Russia sentenced the science professor to 120 hours of of community service for criminal incitement of ethnic hatred, according to a report Thursday by RIA Novosti, reported UCSJ: Union of Councils for Jews in the Former Soviet Union.
For two years, the professor’s Web site incited hatred against Jews, blacks, and people from the Caucasus, according to the report. Police also found neo-Nazi literature in the professor’s home.
