Rabbi Jessica Minnen thinks we need sex ed to discuss Rabbi Barry Freundel’s alleged mikvah spying (“Fresh Relevance For New Sex-Ed Program,” Oct. 24). [If the charges against him prove true], what we need is to put the rabbi — a predator — in jail for sex crimes.
Rabbi Minnen is conducting workshops on private and public places. I think we can all agree, without the workshop, that a mikvah is a private space.
She asks why there isn’t a “safe place” to discuss this issue. There is. It’s called The Jewish Week.
