Your Editorial, “Worrisome Moves Here and In Israel” (May 27) was too politically correct and seemed to equate appointment of Avigdor Lieberman as Israeli defense minister with Bernie Sanders’ appointment of notorious anti-Semites Cornel West and James Zogby to the Democratic Party Platform Committee.
It would have been more appropriate to actually tell it like it is. Bernie Sanders is a self-hating Jew who does not believe in a strong and democratic Israel.
While I question Hillary Clinton’s ultimate support for Israel, she certainly is preferable to Sanders.
